Jermall Charlo plans active 2026 schedule, targets third-division world title at super middleweight

Jermall Charlo, the 36‑year‑old former two‑division champion, is set to fight in Sydney on July 25, 2026, on the undercard of Errol Spence Jr. vs Tim Tszyu. The bout will be at super‑middleweight (168 lb) against his scheduled opponent.

Charlo said he wants to stay active, aiming for another fight before the end of the year and a world title in a third weight class. “I want to go for another world title in my third weight division,” he told Fight Hub TV.

He added that he feels “a lot more comfortable at 168” pounds and hinted at possible future opponents and even a move up to 75 kg for another division.
