Jerome Boateng joins Trabzonspor coaching staff

Former German international Jerome Boateng has arrived in Trabzon to begin his coaching career. The 38-year-old former defender has reached an agreement to join the technical staff of Trabzonspor, serving as an assistant to head coach Thomas Reis.

Boateng, a 2014 World Cup winner with Germany and former Bayern Munich player, is expected to utilize his extensive international experience to assist with player development and communication, particularly with the club's many foreign players. He has already begun familiarizing himself with the city and the club's daily training routines as part of the new technical restructuring under Reis.
