Jerry Cantrell debuts new short haircut

Alice in Chains musician Jerry Cantrell has debuted a new, closely-cropped short haircut. The change was revealed in a photo taken backstage at the Aerosmith and Friends concert held at the Hollywood Bowl.

In the photo, Cantrell is seen posing with Nancy Wilson of the band Heart. Cantrell, who has maintained long blonde hair for much of his career, previously noted in a 2018 podcast appearance that he had experienced unexpected backlash from fans when he had previously changed his look. He stated at the time that he wanted to change his appearance after looking the same for 25 years.
