Jerry Jones expresses strong interest in Dallas Cowboys playing in Mexico in 2027

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has indicated a high level of certainty regarding the team playing an official NFL game in Mexico during the 2027 season. In an interview with ESPN journalist John Sutcliffe, Jones rated the probability of the team traveling to Mexico City as a 10 out of 10, stating, “Lo máximo posible. Vamos a ir.”

While the NFL has yet to officially confirm the schedule or specific logistics, the primary proposed venue is the Estadio Azteca in Mexico City. The move aims to engage one of the franchise's largest international fanbases. Although the team has played preseason games in Monterrey in the past, Jones expressed a specific desire to play in the nation's capital.
