Jerry Mack and Cam Miller return to Tennessee to lead Kennesaw State

Kennesaw State head coach Jerry Mack is set to return to Knoxville as his team prepares to face the Tennessee Volunteers on September 19. Mack previously served as the running backs coach for Tennessee from 2021 to 2023 under head coach Josh Heupel.

Adding to the narrative of former Tennessee connections, Kennesaw State defensive back Cam Miller will also return to play against his former program. Miller, a Memphis native and former three-star recruit for the Volunteers, transferred to Kennesaw State to reunite with Mack. Miller has recorded nine tackles in two games during the current season for the Owls.
