Jersey Mike’s Announces IPO Plans Amid Nationwide Expansion
Jersey Mike’s Subs, now the nation’s top fast‑food chain with over 4,000 locations and $4.2 billion in systemwide sales for 2025, has filed preliminary paperwork with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell stock to the public. The company says the offering will fund further growth of its franchised network in existing U.S. markets and support entry into new domestic and international markets.
Cumberland Farms, the convenience‑store operator with more than 3,200 sites across the United States and Europe, also filed an IPO registration statement. While its filing is separate, both companies are seeking public market capital to accelerate expansion of their brands.
