Jersey Mike's targets $1 bn IPO as US listing approaches

Jersey Mike's Subs Inc. is preparing a dual‑track offering ahead of its debut on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker JMKE. A public share offer for UK retail investors, run through the Winterflood Retail Access Platform, will accept applications until 28 July 2026, with unconditional trading on the NYSE slated for 30 July 2026.

The company aims to raise up to $1.09 billion by selling about 43.5 million shares priced between $21 and $25, which would value the franchise at roughly $8 billion. Blackstone and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, the majority owners, will retain voting control after the offering. In 2025 Jersey Mike's reported $724 million in revenue and $339 million in adjusted EBITDA, operating more than 3,300 locations in the United States and Canada and planning further expansion into the United Kingdom and Ireland.
