Jeseník hosts Rainbow Run to support foster care awareness

The Rainbow Run was held in Jeseník, offering families various running routes alongside a program of music, animation, and color throwing. The event was designed to provide a shared experience for families regardless of athletic ability.

Beyond entertainment, the event served an educational purpose by raising awareness for foster care. Organized by the city of Jeseník, local cultural facilities, and the organization Eurotopia CZ, the initiative aimed to discuss the importance of substitute family care in a natural and accessible way. Participants could access information regarding foster care and the support available to substitute families through presentations by the municipal Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children.
