Jesi San Martino complex nearing completion of housing and public spaces

The San Martino complex in Jesi is expected to be completed and delivered between late 2024 and early 2025. The project includes 12 apartments to be offered as affordable social housing, alongside the new Casa Daniela Cesarini, which is designed to provide adequate space for people with disabilities.

In addition to residential units, the development will feature multi-purpose areas for exhibitions, events, and community associations. The project also includes the construction of new public restrooms in the historic center. The total investment for the renovation of the San Martino site, which had been abandoned for decades, is 6.7 million euros.

Due to the positive progress of the works, the municipal government has proposed a budget variation to the City Council to allocate an additional one million euros for the recovery of an adjacent building located near Corso Matteotti.
