Jesolo luxury penthouse sets real estate record with 6.5 million euro sale

A luxury penthouse in Jesolo, Italy, has set a new real estate record with a sale price of 6.5 million euros. Located in the Richard Meier Tower, the property reached a price of approximately 40,000 euros per square meter.

The two-story residence is situated in the Jesolo Lido Design District and features large glass walls with sea views, an eight-meter private pool, and expansive terraces. The interior follows a minimalist white design, and the purchase price includes furniture provided by the developer.

According to project developer Peter Reichegger, the buyer is a wealthy entrepreneur from the Veneto region. The 85-meter-high tower is currently under construction and is expected to open in 2027. Of the 83 planned apartments in the development, 73 have already been sold.
