Jessica Dawson honors late husband Jaryd on Father’s Day

Jessica Dawson, the widow of Jaryd Dawson, shared a tribute on Father’s Day to honor her late husband, who passed away in April. Jaryd died only months after the birth of their son, Hudson.

In her message, Jessica expressed the pain of missing what should have been his first Father’s Day, noting that he had always wanted to be a father. The tribute included photos and videos of Jaryd with their son.

Jaryd was the brother of AFL player and Adelaide Crows captain Jordan Dawson. Jordan has spoken publicly about the emotional struggle following his brother's death, which led him to miss several games before returning to lead the team into the semi-finals.
