The venture proved unexpectedly lucrative; she reported earning over £15,000 on her first day and stated that her earnings from the platform have surpassed what she made during her acting career. She noted that the income has provided essential financial stability for her family.

Despite the success, Cave expressed concerns regarding the longevity of her specific niche, stating, ‘My hair can only do so much.’ She framed the surgery as both a commercial move to sustain subscriber interest and a personal way to reclaim her body following four pregnancies and years of breastfeeding.
