Cave joined the platform in 2025 following a period of financial instability and a lack of acting opportunities. She described the decision as being born from a "point of complete desperation" to support her four children and partner, comedian Alfie Brown. She noted that traditional employment was difficult due to childcare costs and the potential for public scrutiny regarding her past fame.

Unlike typical content on the platform, Cave produces non-explicit, niche content focused on her hair. Her videos feature her fully clothed while brushing, braiding, or styling her long hair to appeal to a specific fetish audience. She stated, "My rule is the hair is the main character."

Subscribers pay a monthly fee, and Cave earns additional income through paid messages. She reported earning approximately £15,000 (roughly $20,000) in a single day. While the venture has been financially transformative, Cave acknowledged the social stigma associated with the platform.
