JET expands electric micromobility footprint in Chile

The electric micromobility company JET has reported significant growth in Chile, recording approximately 1.5 million trips. These trips have reportedly prevented more than 85 tons of CO2 emissions and replaced over 370,000 car journeys.

Operating in the Metropolitan Region and Temuco, the company utilizes electric scooters that comply with safety regulations, including a maximum speed of 20 km/h, GPS monitoring, and mandatory individual use for riders aged 18 and older. JET aims to consolidate electric micromobility as a sustainable alternative to automobiles in Chilean cities.
