JetBlue's BlueHouse Lounge at JFK Wins Newsweek Readers’ Choice Best Airport Lounge 2026

JetBlue Airways announced that its BlueHouse lounge in Terminal 5 at John F. Kennedy International Airport has been voted the No. 1 "Best Airport Lounge" in Newsweek’s Readers’ Choice Awards for 2026. The 9,000‑square‑foot, two‑level lounge, which opened in December 2025, is styled after New York apartments with Art Deco details, curated artwork, and a range of amenities including high‑speed Wi‑Fi, quiet work areas, a games room, and a menu featuring local partners such as Union Square Events, Joe Coffee, The Greats of Craft and Please Don’t Tell.

The consumer‑voted award highlights JetBlue’s strategy of expanding premium ground experiences. The airline plans to open a second BlueHouse lounge this summer in Terminal C at Boston Logan International Airport, extending the concept to another major hub. Access to the lounge is available to eligible TrueBlue Mosaic 4 members, JetBlue Premier World Elite Mastercard holders, and passengers on transatlantic flights.
