JETCO launches Connect 2.0 to boost Johor-Singapore tourism

The Johor Economic, Tourism and Cultural Office Singapore (JETCO) has launched JETCO Connect 2.0, an initiative designed to foster cross-border tourism collaboration between Johor and Singapore. Organized in partnership with Tourism Johor and Tourism Malaysia, the program aims to develop and package diverse tourism experiences—including heritage, gastronomy, eco-tourism, and sports—specifically for the Singaporean market in anticipation of the Visit Johor 2026 campaign.

The initiative includes several key activities in August 2026: a familiarization trip for approximately 40 Singaporean travel trade representatives on August 12–13; a tourism product development workshop on August 13 involving around 80 participants; and a partner networking session on August 19 to present new tourism concepts to local Singaporean operators.
