JETE achieves three MURI records for retail and service expansion

JETE has achieved three Museum Rekor Dunia Indonesia (MURI) records as of September 2026. The awards recognize the company in three categories: the most gadget accessory stores, the most extensive after-sales service network, and the running event with the most diverse supporting activities.

The awards were presented during the JETE RUN Festival 2026 held at the Surabaya City Hall on September 6, 2026. The event was attended by approximately 6,000 participants, including Surabaya Mayor Eri Cahyadi, athletes, and influencers.

JETE has expanded its retail presence to 159 stores across Indonesia, from Aceh to Papua. CEO and Founder Jhonny Thio Doran stated that these locations function as experience stores, allowing consumers to test products and consult with staff. The network also facilitates after-sales services, including repairs and warranty claims.
