Jethro Sheeran criticizes Ed Sheeran in Piers Morgan interview

Jethro Sheeran has publicly criticized his cousin, singer Ed Sheeran, during an interview with Piers Morgan. Jethro called Ed a ‘coward’ and a ‘bad human,’ claiming he has witnessed the singer lying for nearly a decade.

The tension follows controversy surrounding Ed Sheeran’s Loop Tour, specifically the removal of rapper Macklemore from the lineup. Macklemore was reportedly dropped after making pro-Palestinian statements during a performance on September 4. While Ed Sheeran stated that the decision was made by his tour promoter and not himself, the incident led to several supporting acts leaving the tour in solidarity and a significant loss of social media followers.

During the interview, Jethro Sheeran denied being jealous of his cousin’s wealth or fame, instead focusing his criticism on Ed’s character. Piers Morgan described the encounter as “one of the weirdest interviews of my career.”
