Jetour Malaysia launches T1 SUV as sales exceed 5,000 units in H1 2026

Jetour Malaysia officially introduced the T1 compact SUV, offering two turbocharged variants: a 1.5‑liter engine generating 170 hp priced at RM 129,800, and a 2.0‑liter engine delivering 245 hp priced at RM 146,800. The model features a modern design, spacious cabin, LED lighting, digital instrument cluster, wireless charging, and a range of infotainment options.

In the first half of 2026 the brand reported delivering 5,048 vehicles, a 1,165 % increase over the same period in 2025, bringing total 2026 sales well above 5,000 units. Jetour’s dealer network now comprises 43 showrooms, with a target of 50 by year‑end. All vehicles are locally assembled in Malaysia using CKD kits, with production shifting to a new facility later in the year.
