JetSmart resumes Buenos Aires-Posadas flights to boost regional connectivity

JetSmart will resume daily flights between Buenos Aires and Posadas, Argentina, starting November 1. This service aims to improve air connectivity for residents of southern Paraguay, particularly in the Itapúa region, due to the proximity of Posadas to Encarnación.

The airline announced that the route will operate every day of the week using new aircraft, with fares starting at USD 66.42 per segment, including taxes and fees. Passengers flying into Aeroparque Jorge Newbery in Buenos Aires will have access to various other Argentine destinations, such as Bariloche, Mendoza, Córdoba, and El Calafate.

Verónica Marambio Álvarez, JetSmart’s International Markets Commercial Manager, stated that the return of the Posadas route benefits both northeastern Argentina and thousands of people in southern Paraguay by providing a convenient and accessible connection to Buenos Aires and the rest of the airline's network.
