Je'Von Evans discusses WWE concussion scare and career milestones
WWE wrestler Je'Von Evans has provided details regarding a concussion scare during a RAW match in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Evans revealed that during a singles match against El Grande Americano on January 19, he and his opponent accidentally collided heads.
Evans reported to the referee that he was “seeing stars,” which prompted officials to intervene. Despite Evans initially attempting to wave off medical assistance, WWE personnel evaluated him ringside and ultimately decided to stop the contest. Evans later acknowledged that the company made the correct decision, noting that “head injuries are nothing to play about.”
In a separate reflection on his career, Evans discussed his experience facing Randy Orton in NXT. He noted that while WWE attempted to keep the matchup a surprise, he suspected it was coming after being advised to prepare new gear. Evans described the match as his most challenging and noted a strong professional connection with Orton following the bout.
