Jewelry‑making workshop for children in Brandenburg an der Havel

The Kinder‑ und Jugend‑Kunst‑Galerie „Sonnensegel“ e.V. in Brandenburg an der Havel is hosting a two‑day jewellery‑making workshop for children and youth. Led by instructor Nancy Jahns, participants are encouraged to bring found objects such as shells, wood pieces, metal bits or other small items to transform into necklaces, bracelets or earrings using various joining techniques. The sessions run from 14:00 to 16:00 on 17 and 20 August 2026. The fee is €5 per participant per day; it is free for children already enrolled in the gallery’s courses. Attendees may also bring personal tools, leather straps, cords or silk threads.

The event aims to teach creative recycling of materials while fostering hands‑on artistic skills among young people in the Brandenburg region.
