JFrog co-founder sells $4.1 million in shares amid AI infrastructure growth

The company has seen recent growth, with its stock achieving a 127% one-year return. JFrog’s Q2 results showed net revenue of $163.8 million, a 28.8% increase year-over-year, driven largely by a 53% rise in cloud-based demand.
Analysts highlight JFrog’s role in AI infrastructure, noting that the rise of AI and agentic coding is increasing the volume of digital artifacts. The company’s DevOps platform is positioned to secure these workflows through AI-enabled tools, such as pre-screening for malicious code and traceability.
