JGM and FMG Announce Multiple Executive and Board Appointments

Industrial construction firm JGM disclosed three senior leadership hires: Brian M. Jones as vice‑president of business development, Amy DePaoli as director of marketing, and Garrick Weaver as director of talent acquisition and workforce development. The company also named Sebastien Roussotte as its new chief executive officer, succeeding interim CEO Craig Rodgerson.

Financial‑services marketing platform FMG added three independent directors to its board—John Carter, former president and COO of Nationwide Financial; Janet Malzone, former CEO of Grant Thornton LLP; and Deanna Mulligan, CEO of Ceres Life Insurance and former head of Guardian Life Insurance. In addition, Steve Sloan, VP of AWS Marketing at Amazon and former CEO of Contentful, joined as a board observer. The appointments are intended to support FMG’s expansion across financial‑advisor and insurance markets and its AI‑enabled growth strategy.
