Jégun launches interactive heritage discovery tool
The Pays d’Art et d’Histoire de Grand Auch Cœur de Gascogne has launched the third edition of ‘Cocotte à histoire(s)’ in the village of Jégun. This free, interactive tool is designed to help visitors and residents explore local heritage through a playful, self-guided format inspired by traditional paper games.
The initiative, officially presented by local officials including Grand Auch Cœur de Gascogne President Jérôme Samalens, Vice-President Florence Filhol, and Jégun Mayor Philippe Biaute, encourages participants to observe monuments, landscapes, and architectural details through a series of questions and observations. Jégun joins Auch and Lavardens as the third location to utilize this pedagogical tool, which aims to promote intergenerational learning and local identity.
