Jhansi: Dalit youth allegedly assaulted and humiliated

A Dalit youth in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, was allegedly subjected to a brutal assault and inhumane treatment. According to reports and a viral video, the victim was beaten with belts and forced to drink urine from a pot.
