Jhansi school employee arrested for raping and blackmailing minor student

A school employee in the Raksa area of Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, has been arrested for the sexual assault and blackmail of a 16-year-old student. The accused, identified as Suvendra Pal, allegedly lured the 12th-grade student with the promise of increasing her marks in practical examinations.

During the assault, the accused reportedly recorded obscene photos and videos of the victim. He subsequently used this material to blackmail the student, pressuring her to meet him repeatedly.
