Jhonny Rivera seeks fan's family after death and announces relief festival

Colombian singer Jhonny Rivera is seeking the family of José Elver Palencia, a fan who reportedly died during one of his concerts on September 26 in Garzón, Huila. Preliminary reports suggest Palencia may have choked on food while attending the event at the Concha Acústica. Although he was taken to the San Vicente de Paúl Hospital, he could not be resuscitated.

In response to recent regional tragedies, Rivera is also organizing ‘Volveremos Fest’ in Pereira. Scheduled for October 2, 3, and 4 at Expofuturo, the festival features over 35 artists across various genres, including Luis Alfonso and Arelys Henao. The event aims to support local businesses and those affected by recent disasters, offering affordable tickets and a business fair to aid recovery efforts.
