JHSF launches Boa Vista Estates luxury development in Porto Feliz
JHSF is launching Boa Vista Estates, a new ultra-luxury real estate phase within the Fazenda Boa Vista complex in Porto Feliz, Brazil. The project has an estimated total sales value (VGV) of R$ 3 billion.
The development will feature 250 lots, with sizes ranging from 5,000 m² to 20,000 m². The average price per plot is approximately R$ 12 million. The estate is set within a 7 million m² area and includes amenities such as an 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman, a helipad, a spa, tennis and pickleball courts, and an equestrian center with an international-standard polo field.
To mark the launch, JHSF will host an exclusive presentation for clients and guests on Saturday, September 26, featuring a performance by Canadian singer Shania Twain.
