JHSF launches Fazenda Santa Helena luxury development

JHSF has officially launched Fazenda Santa Helena, a luxury residential development located in Bragança Paulista, approximately one hour from São Paulo. Spanning 6 million square meters, the project is built on the site of a former orange farm and emphasizes the integration of nature, sports, and gastronomy.

The architectural design is led by Sig Bergamin and Murilo Lomas, with landscaping by Maria João d’Orey. The development features various residential options, including villas starting at 608 square meters, lots from 2,000 square meters, and estates from 20,000 square meters. Approximately 1.5 million square meters of the area will be preserved as native forest.

Key amenities include an 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, a Golf Clubhouse, an equestrian center, and the Santa Helena Country Club, which will offer a spa, restaurants, and sports courts. The project also includes the Santa Helena Market for shopping and services.
