Jihlava to invest 50 million CZK in Sídliště I revitalization

The city of Jihlava is moving forward with a revitalization project for the Sídliště I residential area. The municipal government has approved a tender for project documentation focusing on a section near the Erbenova kindergarten.

Mayor Petr Ryška stated that the goal is to modernize the area by improving greenery, sidewalks, and parking facilities. The project is expected to require an investment of approximately 50 million CZK from the city, with an additional 40 million CZK anticipated from European subsidies. The plan also includes necessary updates to water management infrastructure. To ensure community involvement, the city intends to hold public discussions regarding the project documentation.
