Jim Curtis discusses relationship with Jennifer Aniston

Jim Curtis, a 50-year-old hypnotherapist and wellness author, has shared details regarding his relationship with actress Jennifer Aniston. The couple, who have been dating since 2025, reportedly developed their romance following a several-month friendship after being introduced by mutual friends.

In recent interviews, including with the Sunday Times, Curtis described the partnership as feeling “natural,” “organic,” and “less needy” than his previous relationships. He noted that the connection provides him with “real joy, real presence, real calmness, [and] real partnership.”

The relationship became public in mid-2025 after the pair were seen vacationing in Mallorca. Aniston officially confirmed the romance on Instagram in November 2025. The couple has recently appeared together at public events, such as a New York appearance to promote Curtis’s new book, “The Book of Possibility.”

While the relationship has been a subject of media interest, some reports suggest that Aniston’s close friends have expressed concerns regarding the level of public exposure and the potential for her fame to be used to promote Curtis’s professional work. Curtis currently divides his time between Los Angeles and New York City.
