Jim Risch honors Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce anniversary

U.S. Senator Jim Risch visited Pocatello, Idaho, to recognize the 125th anniversary of the Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce. To commemorate the milestone, Risch presented a joint Congressional Record Statement signed by himself, Senator Mike Crapo, and Representative Mike Simpson.

Chamber President Matt Hunter highlighted the organization’s historical role in the community and its current focus on economic growth. Key initiatives include supporting new housing developments to address local affordability needs, seeking a new tenant for the L.A. Semiconductor property, and supporting a proposed AI data center project in the area.
