Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht defends Dubai move as TV series showcases his villa

Actor Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht has relocated his primary residence to the United Arab Emirates, citing financial stability for his daughter and a desire for privacy. He criticised external criticism, stating “Dubai is my privacy” and that “people can think what they want.”

The fifth season of the Sky documentary series “Diese Ochsenknechts,” which airs on RTL from 5 July, follows Ochsenknecht as he tours his 280 m² villa near Downtown Dubai. He shares the home with friend and business partner Jan Kudrinski, splitting the €2,400 monthly rent equally. While he praises the modern conveniences, he notes delayed furniture deliveries and logistical frustrations.

The series, broadcast weekly on free‑to‑air RTL and available earlier on RTL+, gives viewers a glimpse of his life split between Dubai and frequent trips to Germany, where his daughter Snow lives with her mother in Hannover.
