Jimmy Butler and ex-partner reportedly living together amid custody case

Golden State Warriors player Jimmy Butler and his former partner, Kaitlin Nowak, are reportedly living together again as they work toward resolving a long-standing legal dispute regarding their three children.

According to court documents, the pair has reached a comprehensive agreement on a parenting plan. Nowak indicated that she expects the case to be fully resolved within the next 45 to 60 days. The legal proceedings, which began in October 2023, involved paternity, child support, and custody issues.

Following a court ruling that established Butler as the biological father, an agreement was reached for him to pay $55,000 per month in child support, plus an additional $10,000 per month for childcare expenses. The dispute had previously included disagreements over employment and nanny costs, but recent filings suggest significant progress toward a final resolution.
