Jimmy Fund Radio-Telethon returns to Fenway Park in August 2026

The 24th annual WEEI/NESN Jimmy Fund Radio-Telethon is scheduled to take place at Fenway Park on August 17 and 18, 2026. The fundraiser supports the Jimmy Fund, which provides funding for adult and pediatric cancer care and research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Since its inception in 2002, the telethon has raised over $80 million. To increase the event's reach, NESN has partnered with WSBK-TV38 to broadcast Boston Red Sox games against the Arizona Diamondbacks over the air. Coverage will include broadcasts from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both days, with additional streaming available via YouTube, X, and the NESN NATION platform.

The event will feature various participants, including Red Sox pitcher Garrett Whitlock, Jimmy Fund Co-Chairs Tom Caron and Brock Holt, and special guests such as Maria Menounos and Jillian Cardarelli. On-field ceremonies will involve Dana-Farber patients participating in activities like throwing ceremonial first pitches and singing the national anthem.
