Jimmy Owens wins FloRacing Night in America at Volunteer Speedway

Jimmy Owens secured his first victory of the year at Volunteer Speedway in Bulls Gap, Tennessee, winning the FloRacing Night in America event. Despite a scoring malfunction that resulted in an extra lap, Owens led all 51 circuits to claim the $20,000 prize.

Owens won by a narrow margin of 0.002 seconds over Jonathan Davenport. The race featured intense competition, including an early battle for the lead between Owens and Chris Madden, and a mid-race challenge from Benji Hicks. Davenport mounted a late-race charge but ultimately finished second.

Following the win, Owens selected the Children’s Autism Foundation to receive a $2,000 donation from the series’ anonymous Angel Donor.
