Masters of Rock festival in Vizovice draws 20,000 fans, police manage safety

The Masters of Rock festival will take place in Vizovice from 16 to 19 July 2026. Organisers expect around 20,000 attendees from 37 countries, with 44 bands performing on the main stage, including headliners Marilyn Manson and Helloween.

Visitors must use chip‑enabled wristbands for all purchases; cash and cards are not accepted on site. Online top‑up is possible before and during the event, and unused credit can be refunded within 14 days after the festival.

Police will deploy dozens of officers—including traffic, patrol, canine units and aerial support—to monitor the festival grounds, enforce traffic restrictions, and advise attendees to keep personal belongings secure. Special pedestrian corridors and parking areas have been arranged, and additional public transport services are provided for the duration of the event.
