Jing Tian faces career fallout amid surrogacy and financial dispute with billionaire

Chinese actress Jing Tian is facing significant professional fallout following allegations involving cryptocurrency billionaire Sun Yuchen. Sun, the CEO of peiwoApp and BitTorrent, released a lengthy statement accusing the actress of financial exploitation and attempting to use a surrogacy contract to claim $50 million USD.

Sun has reportedly filed lawsuits against Jing Tian and her parents to recover more than 30 million NDT in dowry payments. In response to the controversy, Jing Tian’s digital presence has diminished; her name has reportedly disappeared from search results on WeChat and various Weibo trending charts.

Commercial partnerships have also been impacted. Meituan, which recently named her a beauty ambassador, has removed promotional content and videos featuring the actress. Additionally, brand posters featuring Jing Tian are reportedly being removed from public spaces.
