Jing Tian sells Shanghai penthouse at reduced price

Chinese actress Jing Tian is reportedly selling a 460-square-meter penthouse located in the Greentown Huangpu Bay project in Shanghai. The luxury property features four bedrooms, two living rooms, and five bathrooms, offering views of the Huangpu River.

Jing Tian originally purchased the apartment in 2020 for approximately 138 million NDT. When the property was first listed for sale in January 2026, the asking price was set at 155 million NDT. However, due to a lack of suitable buyers, the price has undergone several significant reductions.

By May 2026, the asking price reportedly dropped to 135 million NDT, accompanied by reports of an urgent sale as the unit was cleared of furniture. In June, the price was adjusted again to approximately 120 million NDT. Market rumors and real estate brokers suggest the lowest acceptable price could be as low as 95 million NDT, representing a decrease of 60 million NDT from the initial listing.
