JJ Gabriel seeks move from Manchester United to major European clubs

Manchester United's 16-year-old prodigy, JJ Gabriel, is seeking a move to a major European club following a breakdown in relations with his current team. Having recently turned 16, Gabriel is now eligible to sign professional contracts with clubs outside of England. Due to his Irish and Cypriot heritage, he can utilize an EU passport to facilitate a transfer to a continental side.

Major European clubs, including Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Paris Saint-Germain, are actively monitoring the situation. While Real Madrid is reportedly a favorite, Bayern Munich has also entered negotiations, though discussions have faced hurdles regarding Gabriel's financial demands. The player's camp is reportedly seeking a minimum annual salary of €1 million.

Manchester United is attempting to retain the player and has considered legal action to protect its interests. However, because Gabriel has not yet signed a professional contract, the club may only be entitled to training compensation estimated between £230,000 and £350,000 if he moves abroad.
