JJ Gabriel training in Catalonia amid Manchester United exit rumors

The future of Manchester United youth prospect JJ Gabriel remains uncertain as reports indicate the 15-year-old is currently training in Catalonia. Following his family's request to facilitate a departure from Manchester United, Gabriel has reportedly been exercising at facilities in Castelldefels with personal trainers.

While media outlets suggest FC Barcelona is in a leading position for his signature, Barcelona's sporting director, Deco, has recently downplayed interest, stating the club has no intention of pursuing players in Gabriel's current situation. Other major clubs including Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked to the player.

Gabriel will turn 16 on October 6, at which point he will be legally eligible to sign his first professional contract. In Manchester, first-team coach Michael Carrick has called for calm and requested that pressure be removed from the young player during this period of speculation.
