JLL selects Nishant Kabra to lead Bengaluru operations
JLL announced the appointment of Nishant Kabra as Managing Director for its Bengaluru operations. Kabra will continue to serve as Managing Director – Investment Sales and Debt Advisory for JLL’s Capital Markets business in India, bringing nearly two decades of commercial‑real‑estate experience to the role.
In his expanded position, Kabra will oversee all of JLL’s business lines in Bengaluru, India’s largest office market and a major hub for Global Capability Centres. The city hosts more than 800 GCCs and recorded 43.4 million sq ft of GCC leasing between 2022 and the first half of 2026, accounting for 38 % of India’s total GCC space take‑up. Bengaluru also delivered 8.3 million sq ft of net office absorption in H1 2026 and is expected to add 18‑19 million sq ft of new office supply by year‑end.
JLL India CEO Radha Dhir said Bengaluru is “India’s innovation epicentre and the largest office market,” and that Kabra’s appointment underscores the firm’s commitment to deepening its leadership in the growth market. Kabra added that Bengaluru “stands at an inflection point where unprecedented demand from global firms meets a maturing, quality‑focused market.”
