JM Solution denies ties to Seungri and Burning Sun scandal

GP Club, the operator of the cosmetics brand JM Solution, has issued an official statement denying rumors linking the company to former Bigbang member Seungri (Lee Seung-hyun) and the Burning Sun scandal.

The company clarified that while it had previously established a separate entity, JM Town, following a business proposal from Seungri, the venture was withdrawn before any commercial operations or revenue were generated. JM Town was subsequently dissolved and liquidated in 2019 following the emergence of the Burning Sun scandal.

GP Club emphasized that Seungri holds no shares, investments, or economic ties to JM Solution and has had no involvement in the brand’s planning, manufacturing, or distribution. The company announced it is collecting evidence through legal teams to take strict legal action against the spread of false information and malicious rumors online.
