Jáminton Campaz reveals failed transfer to Club América

Colombian footballer Jáminton Campaz has revealed that his transfer to Club América nearly materialized during the recent summer transfer window. According to reports, the deal fell through at the last minute because Club América and Rosario Central could not reach an agreement regarding the economic terms of the player's transfer.

Despite the failed negotiation, Campaz expressed interest in joining the Mexican club in the future. In a conversation with journalist Gibrán Araige, the Rosario Central attacker stated, “I hope in the future I can arrive at América,” indicating that he has not closed the door on a move to the team.

Because Campaz remains under contract with Rosario Central for several years, any future attempt by Club América to sign him would require a new round of negotiations with the Argentine club, potentially involving significant financial requirements.
