The first list, supported by a coalition including Centro Democrático, MIRA, and the Liberal and Conservative parties, secured six seats with 169 votes. The second list, representing the Pacto Histórico, obtained 77 votes, resulting in the election of two magistrates. The final seat was awarded to Gersel Pérez of the Cambio Radical party, who received 28 votes.

Journalist Daniel Coronell noted that Boyacá Governor Carlos Andrés Amaya and Senator John Amaya voted for the Cambio Radical candidate, a move seen as a departure from the leftist coalition's expectations. Additionally, newly elected magistrate Cielo Rusinque emphasized the importance of the CNE in protecting democracy and warned against the potential for artificial intelligence to manipulate public will.
