Joaco Burgos performs in Buenos Aires as Dominican Republic celebrates athletic achievements

Musician Joaco Burgos performed his third studio album, ‘Desde Lo Profundo’, at a sold-out Teatro Coliseo in Buenos Aires. The concert featured his band and special guest Cachorro López, marking a significant milestone in the singer and pianist's career following his recent performances at the 2026 Gardel Awards and international tours.

In the Dominican Republic, large crowds gathered in Santo Domingo and San Juan de la Maguana to celebrate Dominican athletes following the conclusion of the Santo Domingo 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games. The festivities, which honored athletes who won over 150 medals, included a parade through the capital and musical performances by artists such as Toño Rosario and Sergio Vargas. The event was supported by President Luis Abinader and the Ministry of Sports.
