Joan García praises Dominik Livaković at Barcelona

Barcelona goalkeeper Joan García has commended the professionalism and work ethic of teammate Dominik Livaković. In an interview with Barcelona Televisió, the 25-year-old García noted that Livaković’s high standards during training push the entire goalkeeping unit to improve.

Livaković, who joined the club from Fenerbahçe during the summer transfer window, is currently competing for the starting position against García and veteran Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny. While manager Hansi Flick has currently favored García, the Croatian international has made his debut for the club during periods when García was sidelined by injury.

García highlighted that Livaković’s extensive experience at the highest level of football has been a significant asset to the squad and the locker room environment.
