A public dispute has erupted between actress Joanna Jabłczyńska and producer/author Katarzyna Grochola regarding the casting of the film sequel to ‘Nigdy w życiu!’. Jabłczyńska, who played the character Tosia in the original 2004 production, expressed deep disappointment after being replaced by Agnieszka Żulewska in the upcoming continuation.

Jabłczyńska claims she had already met with the director and discussed filming dates before being informed that a financier had a preferred candidate for the role. In response, Grochola has announced intentions to take legal action, accusing Jabłczyńska of spreading false information about Żulewska. Jabłczyńska has countered by stating she has nothing against Żulewska’s talent but maintains her version of the events.

The controversy has sparked significant reaction among fans, with some calling for a boycott of the new production.
