Joaquín Díaz Mena addresses PAN internal conflicts

Yucatán Governor Joaquín Díaz Mena addressed recent controversies within the PAN party, characterizing them as “intrafamilial problems” that the party must resolve internally. During a press conference, Díaz Mena stated that he respects the internal life of political parties and will not issue calls for dissatisfied PAN members to join Morena.

The Governor also commented on legislative proceedings, thanking deputies who attended a session to vote in favor of a 1,560 million peso loan. His remarks were interpreted as a critique of Morena legislator Samuel Lizama, who was the only member absent during that specific vote.
